All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP). BackpackTCG Hub is based in London, UK. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments must be made in full through our secure checkout before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping across the UK and specified international locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BackpackTCG Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Once an item is dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the courier and subsequently to you upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the Nature of Trading Card Games (TCG), returns are not accepted due to items could be tampered with . . Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. please contact us at BackpackTCG@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt.
Pre-orders & Product Authenticity
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We guarantee that all cards and packs sold through BackpackTCG Hub are 100% genuine and original products. Card condition is described to the best of our ability based on industry standards.
